Zonal flow holds the Northeast in fair weather. By the end of the week, low pressure organizes over the Eastern Great Lakes pushes milder moist air into NY/New England for the first half of the weekend with another cold front passing the second half of the weekend. Beginning of next week, a strong Midwestern Storm delivers needed rain for the Great Plains and a push of warmer air for the Northeast with the 5640 thickness moving as far north as Eastern Quebec.
