Low pressure moves from the Gulf of Maine to the Canadian Maritimes by Sunday with a cold front trailing behind the system. Cold front stalls south of New England then reverses course with warmer air riding on a southwesterly flow through next week. As high pressure slides off the Eastern Seaboard wind directions veer providing building moisture over the Northeast at the end of the week.
