As low pressure gyrates over the Upper Midwest in conjunction with high pressure off the East Coast moisture builds then dissipates from the Northeast to Texas into the weekend. As the low migrates to southern Quebec, moisture rebuilds over New York/New England with a cold front moving southward from Canada into New England delivering cooler air into next week. Stubborn cool Canadian air stays with the Northeast through mid week.
