Strong occluded low gradually weakens as it moves eastward into Ontario and Quebec over the weekend. Moisture from the system crosses over the Northeast with cooler air dragging into the Northeast behind the system into early next week. Meanwhile, another low pressure system develops over the Texas Panhandle spreading rain from eastern MT to eastern OK. This system takes a more southerly track developing into a coastal system off the Delmarva Coast through mid week.
