Two weak lows, one over southern Quebec and the second in the Gulf of Maine. Cold front extends from the low over coastal Maine to North Carolina which then becomes a stationary front to Colorado where it meets with a series of unorganized low pressure areas. Large high pressure over western Hudson's Bay pushing a cold front through the Great Lakes Region.

Low pressure over the Northeast drifts out to sea early in the week while a new storm organizes over the country's Heartland bringing rain from MT to KY. The Midwestern storm tracks across the country and then reforms as a coastal low of Delmarva by mid week. The coastal storm then tracks southeast of Block Island through the end of the week, bringing a widespread area of rain for the Northeast with the heaviest precipitation in southern New England.
