Tracey Rajcula, Brookfield Resident Needs Our Help

Stroke victim will have long recovery.

A member of the community needs our help! Tracey Rajcula is a Brookfield resident who works as a hair stylist at Shear Image Salon in Newtown. Tracey suffered a stroke on May 13 and is still in Danbury Hospital with a long road to recovery ahead. Her son, Kyle Pomeroy, is a graduate of Brookfield High School.

Because Tracey is a stylist, she relies on her hands and mobility in order to perform her job. She also is a dog sitter/dog walker, also requiring her to be able bodied. While Tracey is showing slow improvement, her left arm is still not usable and she is able to walk but only with assistance. While she and her family are hoping for a full recovery, there is no timeline or guarantee of when/if she will improve or on what her final state of mobility will be in order to resume her work and other activities.

A Go Fund Me campaign has been started on Tracey’s behalf to help ease her financial burden while she is unable to work and incurring high medical expenses.
