Woman Accused of Threatening Sandy Hook Parent Arrested: Report
57-year-old Lucy Richards failed to show up to her change-of-plea hearing and a warrant was put out for her arrest.

TAMPA, FL — A woman charged with sending death threats to the father of a Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victim has been arrested after she failed to show up to her court date, reports Florida-based WPBF.
Lucy Richards, 57, was arrested in Hillsborough County, FL, on Saturday according to jail records. Richards was set to plead guilty to the charge in federal court last week, but allegedly refused to show up for her court hearing.
She is accused of sending death threats to Lenny Pozner, the father of 6-year-old Noah Pozner who was killed on 12/14. Richards allegedly sent the threats to Pozner, who now lives in Florida, because she thought the shooting was a hoax.
