Petisia Adger - Parade Coordinator

Petisia has been an active participant and committee member since 2009. Petisia has been actively involved in the Irish Community as well all segments of the New Haven Community since attending St. Peter’s Grammar School. Continuing her involvement with organizing parade fundraisers and functions, she has been elected by the Executive Committee to be the Parade Coordinator this year. Petisia’s objective is to recruit as many parade participants as she can in order to showcase the varied cultures in the Greater New Haven Community in one of the best parades in the State of Connecticut. Petisia resides in New Haven.

Clifford W. Lynch, Jr. - Parade Secretary

Cliff has been an active member of the Committee since 2006, all while on the Board of the Irish American Community Center, another one of the four Associated Irish Societies. Cliff has enjoyed the parade his whole life and seeks to contribute his time and efforts so that this great parade tradition can continue in New Haven for future generations to experience and enjoy. Cliff is working to grow and expand our organization as a committee to ensure financial success now and in the future, as well as to reduce the workload on current members. Cliff resides in Woodbridge.

Colleen A.M.B. Hines - Parade Chair

Colleen joined the Parade Committee almost 15 years ago. She, too, enjoyed attending the parade every year growing up and was curious as to how it was all put together. Colleen started out helping behind the scenes in the committee making friends with her fellow members and she also became much closer to her cousin and recruiter, Bernadette Smythe LaFrance, former Parade Queen and former Grand Marshal in 2008. She worked her way up to more responsibilities including corporate fundraising. As the Parade Chair, Colleen is basically responsible for overseeing everything including fundraising, budget deadlines, coordinating the event, recruiting new members, and so much more. Colleen carries out all these responsibilities all while working with fellow officers and members to ensure this event takes place without error or incident. Colleen has also created changes and improvements in many areas of planning. Colleen resides in Wallingford.

Timothy F. Gallogly - 2015 Grand Marshal

Tim, along with his parents, has been involved with the Irish organizations all their lives. Tim became an active member of the Parade Committee after his father passed away in 2001. He chaired various fundraising events and this year, as Grand Marshal, he intends to show our Irish cultural pride in its best light and be a mentor to his fellow officers. This year, his objective is to help put the best parade on the streets of New Haven. Tim enjoys working and crafting with wood and he enjoys many outdoor hobbies including sailing, hiking, & golfing. Tim resides in North Branford.

Kevin A. Smith - Treasurer and 2012 Grand Marshal

As a past Grand Marshal, Kevin has been actively involved with the Parade Committee dating back to 2002. At that time, Kevin ran the Gaelic Gala for the first time and he also served as President of the Knights of St. Patrick for two years. Through his participation with the KOSP, he was introduced to the Parade Committee by other past Grand Marshals, namely, Kevin J. Smith (2002) and Coleman Walsh (2005). Kevin resides in Hamden.
