North Branford Police Search for Credit Card Thief
The suspect has charged thousands of dollars on two stolen cards.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT - Police are asking for the public's help in finding a suspect who stole two credit cards and has charged $2,600 on them at eight different stores.
The New Haven Register reports that the suspect stole the cards out of an unlocked car parked at the Connecticut Sportsplex on Foxon Road in North Branford during the evening on April 5.
The suspect is described as:
- White male
- Approximately 45 to 55 years old
- Stocky build
- White goatee
- 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall
- Wearing a dark-colored hooded jacket by The North Face, a dark-colored hat, jeans and tan work boots
He is alleged to have used the card at Home Depot and Lowe's locations in Connecticut, in addition to a snowmobile store and a motorcycle shop, among others.
