NORTH BRANFORD, CT — The New Haven Register is reporting that an email from a school official states that police are investigating allegations that a "New Haven employee" and a North Branford student engaged in "mutually inappropriate" conduct at a regional track meet.

However, a board of education member has said that the conduct was not mutual and that the student is a victim. No arrests have been made.
