Businesses Burglarized In North Haven: Police
Police are investigating a string of burglaries that occurred in North Haven.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Police are investigating a string of burglaries that occurred early Friday morning in North Haven. Three State Street businesses were burglarized between 12:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 25, according to North Haven Police.
Police said the suspect was seen smashing the front glass door to a State Street liquor store. The witness drove away and then called police. (To sign up for North Haven breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
The suspect fled in a silver sedan prior to police arrival. While investigating this burglary, officers found two other businesses had also been broken into, according to police.
