Dealer Charged In Connection To Mother of 4’s Overdose Death: PD
Police say the man supplied drugs that were used in the fatal overdose death of a 28-year-old mother of four in North Haven.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A Naugatuck man faces several charges after police say he supplied drugs that were used in the fatal overdose of a 28-year-old mother of four in North Haven. On Oct. 2, 2017 police responded to a North Haven home where the woman was found dead. The death was ruled an overdose caused by fentanyl, according to police.
Over the course of a lengthy investigation, North Haven detectives and members of the DEA Task Force, identified Enrique Dellvalle-Perez as the supplier of the drugs, according to police.
Dellvalle-Perez, 31, of Naugatuck, was arrested March 14 on a warrant and charged sale of narcotics, possession of controlled substance, reckless endangerment, engaging police in pursuit, and several motor vehicle related charges. Dellvalle-Perez posted a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on March 22.
