Yale-New Haven Hospital offers this 1-day childbirth preparation class that will include exercises, relaxation, breathing techniques, positioning for labor and birth, comfort measures, medication, anesthesia options and a tour of maternity facilities and lunch. A Smart Start class is free when taken with Childbirth Prep. Class fee is discounted for YNHH Employees and when taken as part of Silver, Platinum or Gold Parent packages. YNHH employees must provide ID #.
