Under the best of circumstances, the holiday season can be a stressful time. If you have experienced the death of a loved one, separation or divorce, illness, or the loss of any other important part of your life, you are grieving.
We will discuss suggestions and strategies to develop a realistic plan for the holidays. This will be a one-night seminar open to anyone regardless of religious affiliation.
The group will be facilitated by Rev. David Piscatelli at Faith United Methodist Church, 81 Clintonville Road.
