Fire Closes Bar In North Haven
The pub will be closed due to damage sustained in a fire on Thursday afternoon.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A pub in North Haven has temporarily closed due to damage sustained in a structure fire on Thursday afternoon. Firefighters responded to a fire at Swift Half, located at 630 Washington Avenue in North Haven, around 2 p.m.
“Fire in the walls, one line in operation at this time,” the fire department wrote in a post on Twitter. There were no reported injuries.
Swift Half will be closed until further notice due to structural damage, according to a post on the pub’s Facebook page.
