Man Fired BB Gun Inside Bar: North Haven Police
One person sustained minor injuries after being struck in the head with the BBs, according to police.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — An East Haven man is accused of firing a BB gun inside of Vic’s Café during an argument, according to North Haven Police. One man was struck in the head with the BBs and sustained minor injuries, police said. On Sept. 2, North Haven Police responded to a call regarding the brandishing of a handgun in Vic's café. Police said the offender fled the bar and traveled northbound on Quinnipiac Avenue.
Investigation revealed that an argument occurred inside Vic's Cafe when John Miller, 53, brandished an air soft BB gun and shot several rounds inside the bar striking one man in the head, according to police. The BBs caused minor injury to the victim, police said.

Miller, of East Haven, was charged with assault, threatening, breach of peace, and other weapon’s related crimes, according to police.
Miller was held on a $10,000 bond and was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday morning in Meriden Superior Court.
