North Haven 19th Most Affordable Real Estate Market in State
Home Listing Report compiles data on national real estate prices.

North Haven has been ranked the 19th most affordable town in Connecticut according to the recently-published Home Listing Report (HLR) conducted by Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC.
The survey compiles and compares listing prices for four-bedroom, two-bathroom homes in more than 2,300 North American markets, including 59 municipalities in Connecticut.
New Britain ranked first in affordability in CT, with an average home price of $165,310. North Haven's average was $350,345, slightly higher than Simsbury ($349,961), and a little lower than Seymour ($362,806).

Connecticut remains one of the most expensive states in the country for real estate along with California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Washington. New Britain, for example, despite being the most affordable of the surveyed towns in CT, was still ranked 366th in the national figures. North Haven was ranked 1,729th.
