North Haven Housing Authority Chairman Pleads Not Guilty in Sexual Assault Case
Cook entered a not guilty plea Tuesday.
North Haven Housing Authority Chairman Ralph Cook IV pleaded not guilty Tuesday morning to rape charges.
Cook was charged with first-degree sexual assault and unlawful restraint, according to the New Haven Register. The reported victim is a 37-year-old male. Cook was arrested last week.
The assault allegedly happened in October of last year.
