Evelyn Marie Pagliuca Cosenza, 100, of Cheshire, formerly of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 26, 2018 at Elim Park with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of 66 years to the late Ralph J. Cosenza. Evelyn was born in New Haven on May 1, 1918 and was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Virginia Velardi Pagliuca.

She was an all-around great homemaker, phenomenal cook and baker. Evelyn was involved with various senior clubs, and enjoyed dancing. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family whom she loved unconditionally. Mother of Jacquelyn Corbett and the late Paul Ralph Cosenza. Grandmother of Cheryl, Richard and Brian Corbett. Great-grandmother of Winter Corbett.

Family and friends may call on Friday morning (Nov. 30) from 9:30 to 11:00 at the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Barnabas Church, 44 Washington Avenue, North Haven at 11:30. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
