Kelly Anne Fee, 43, of Guilford and North Haven, passed away suddenly on Friday, July 17, 2020. Kelly was born in New Haven on June 7, 1977, to Barbara (Matheis) Levine and the late Russell Fee.
Although she struggled much of her life, including from the life-threatening injuries she sustained in a motor vehicle accident in February, she maintained a positive attitude and loving demeanor to all who knew her. She loved to help others and was always grateful for the kindnesses she received. She passionately loved her children, family and friends unconditionally.

Kelly was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend to those who knew and loved her. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children, Bryonna Geiste, Nicholas and Bayleigh Pellow, and Darrell Torcaso, along with her siblings, Scott (Jennifer) Fee, April (Joselo) Benavides, Daniel Levine, and Amy (James) Limmer, and their children, Abigail Cote; Emelia, Matthew and Adeline Fee; Alexander, Isabela and Brandon Benavides; and Bethany and JT Limmer. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Abel Torcaso and Gabriel Gutierrez, and her friend Kevin Mousch and his family, including his children, Nick, Kami and Nate. In addition to her father, Kelly was also predeceased by her grandparents John Matheis, J. Adeline Matheis, John Fee, and Margaret Fee, and stepfather Bruce Levine.
