Obituary: Robert P. Fennessy, 65, of North Haven

Robert Patrick Fennessy, 65, of North Haven, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on January 20, 2018. Robert was born in Milford on September 22, 1952 to late John (Jack) and Molly Fennessy. He worked in mechanics as a welder. He enjoyed riding his motorcycles, camping and watching movies with his grandkids. Robert was a fun-loving comical jokester who was dedicated to his family.

Robert leaves behind his girlfriend, Julie Donato; children, Robert (Jeanne) Jamieson, Joseph Eramo and Jessica (Ryan) Garvey; grandchildren, Zachary and Jared Jamieson, Italya, Joseph and Giavanna Eramo and Tristan Fasso; siblings, James (Pamela) Fennessy, Terrence (Toni) Fennessy, Michael (Susan) Fennessy, Colleen (Ricky) Lowell and Molly Sue Mingrone; brother-in-law, Mark Norko; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends. Robert was predeceased by his sister, Kathleen Norko and will now be joining his beloved dogs, Mohammed and Hooker.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. Interment will follow at Kings Highway Cemetery, 271 Cherry St., Milford, CT. Friends and family may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on January 24, 2018 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.
