Officer Revives Man After Overdose In North Haven: Police
Police responded to a reported overdose late Tuesday night.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A North Haven Police Officer revived a 30-year-old man who had overdosed with a dose of Narcan along with CPR late Tuesday night, according to police. At about 11:45 p.m. on Feb. 13, North Haven Police responded to the rear parking lot of a business in the 100 block of Washington Avenue on the report of an overdose.
Arriving officers located a 30-year-old man unconscious in a vehicle. The first responding officer administered Narcan, an opioid blocking medicine, and began CPR, according to police.
The man was revived and taken to an area hospital. Once at the hospital, he told police that he had snorted Fentanyl prior to the overdose, according to police.
