Several Vehicles Burglarized In North Haven

A pursuit of a stolen vehicle was called off after the suspects led police on a chase into East Haven and New Haven early Monday morning.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Several unlocked vehicles were burglarized over the weekend in North Haven and a pursuit of a stolen vehicle was called off early Monday morning after the suspects led officers on a chase into East Haven and New Haven, according to police.

North Haven Police responded to 15 reported thefts from unlocked vehicles over the weekend from Vista Road, Marlbourough Road, Marion Drive, Primerose Street, Drazen Drive and Orient Lane. Police located four suspicious males early Monday morning on Pine River Road and the suspects ran from officers in a stolen vehicle, police said. The pursuit led into East Haven and New Haven before it was terminated. Police are reminding residents to lock their doors and report any suspicious activity to police.
