One of the teens was arrested on a warrant Wednesday.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A 15-year-old from New Haven was arrested Wednesday for burglarizing cars in the Clintonville Road Senior Housing Complex in January, according to police. Several residents of the complex reported thefts from their unlocked vehicles to police on Jan. 29.
Police said investigators canvassed the area and located surveillance video of the thefts and several attempted thefts from vehicles that were locked.
“The video showed two males walking through the parking lot attempting to open car doors,” police said in a post on Facebook. “If the vehicles were locked, they would move on to the next.”
