Threatening Message Investigated At North Haven High School: Police

There will be an additional police presence in the area "out of an abundance of caution," police said.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Police are investigating after a threatening message was found inside a bathroom stall at North Haven High School on Thursday morning.

A North Haven School Resource Officer was notified of the message on Thursday morning, according to police.

“Detectives are currently working in conjunction with the Board of Education and High School staff to further investigate,” police wrote in a post on Facebook. “Safety of school students, staff, and visitors is a top priority of ours.
