Truck, Landscaping Equipment Swiped In North Haven: Police
The suspect entered the truck while the victim was working on a lawn. Police are asking for assistance with identifying the suspect.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — Police are asking for the public’s assistance with identifying a suspect in connection to the theft of several pieces of landscaping equipment in North Haven. At about 2 p.m. on Sept. 14, a man reported that his truck and trailer were stolen from a Fox Hill Drive address, according to police.
Police said the victim was working on a lawn when the suspect entered the truck, located the keys in the ignition and drove away. (To sign up for North Haven breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
North Haven Police officers located the abandoned truck and trailer approximately one mile away. Several pieces of landscaping equipment were stolen from the trailer, police said.

Detectives located video surveillance and captured an image of the suspect, along with his vehicle. Anyone with information regarding this theft is asked to contact North Haven Police at 203-239-5321.
