• Instead of ads, these Norwalk buses are wrapped in winning poems by middle school students (ctpost.com) — Norwalk middle schoolers now have their winning “I Am Norwalk” poems and artwork wrapped around six Wheels buses, thanks to a collaboration between Norwalk Public Schools and the Norwalk Transit District. Residents can spot the colorful designs across town this summer, including one all-black bus fully covered in student poetry that celebrates the city’s diversity, sense of belonging, and coastal character.    

• Walking the Walk (landscapearchitect.com) — A former industrial complex in South Norwalk has been transformed into a sustainability-focused corporate campus, complete with a green roof, native meadow, and reworked pedestrian areas. The site now captures significant stormwater, cuts heating and cooling demands, and supports local wildlife, while giving employees outdoor gathering spaces like a rooftop terrace, firepit, and recreation areas.
