Benedetto 'Benny' Napoleone, 60; Norwalk Resident Who Was Devoted To His Family, Enjoyed the Outdoors

Benedetto ‘Benny’ Napoleone, age 60, of Norwalk, passed away peacefully on Monday afternoon, April 6 surrounded by his family.

He was the oldest of three children, born to the late Michele Napoleone and Maria Carmella Cenatiempo-Napoleone on March 31, 1955 in Ischia, Italy.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Audrey Napoleone; his daughter Lisa Marie and husband Pash Torkamani, his granddaughter Mia Rose; his son Michele Vincent Napoleone and wife Jenny Napoleone. His brother, John Napoleone and wife Lilia; his nephew William Napoleone. His sister in law, Judith Allegretta.

Benedetto is predeceased by his late sister, Raffaela Napoleone- DiConstanzo and her two sons. He is also survived by his family members in Ischia, Italy.

Benedetto was a loving and devoted husband, father, and friend; who enjoyed spending time with his loved ones immensely. He enjoyed the outdoors; his favorite hobbies were going to the beach in Rhode Island with his loving wife, road trips with his family, and planting and looking over his summer garden.

Benedetto was a member of CT Laborers Union 146.

Benedetto, also known as Papa, had a great love for life and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

There will be no calling hours. A Mass will be held for family and friends on Thursday, April 9th at 10:00 am in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 203 East Avenue, Norwalk, CT; with entombment to follow at St. John Cemetery, 223 Richards Avenue, Norwalk, CT.
