Firearm Displayed During Road Rage Incident In Norwalk: Police
Police said a man was arrested following a road rage incident during which a firearm was displayed in Norwalk.
NORWALK, CT — A city man was arrested following a road rage incident during which a firearm was displayed Wednesday in Norwalk, according to police.
In a news release, Police Lt. Ramon Tejada said officers were called to the area of Woodward Avenue after receiving a report of a road rage incident in which a firearm was allegedly displayed.
Responding officers quickly located a vehicle in the area of Fort Point Street, Tejada said.

According to Tejada, the driver, Alberto Rivera, 44, of Norwalk, was arrested and officers located a firearm in the vehicle.
Rivera was found to possess a valid Connecticut pistol permit, according to Tejada.

Rivera was charged with first-degree threatening - armed/displayed a firearm and breach of peace.
His bond was set at $25,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court later this month, according to Tejada.
