Hackers Post Pro-Trump Message On Road Sign In Norwalk: Report

The message flashed for a while on an electronic sign on Route 136 on Monday.

NORWALK, CT — President Donald Trump, currently in the midst of being nominated at the Republican National Convention, apparently has some supporters among the hacker community.

On Monday, an electronic road sign on Route 136 in Norwalk was hacked to temporarily read "Don't vote Joe," referring to Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, and "Trump 2020," reports News 12 Connecticut.

The sign is overseen by the state Department of Transportation but is operated by a third-party vendor.
