A large barricade sign advertising the forthcoming scoop shop, which notes that "deliciousness [is] coming soon," has already been set up on the third floor of the mall.

The new scoop shop will join Starbucks, which opened at the mall in September, as new businesses continue to be added to the mall's top floor.

It was also mark the brand's fourth scoop shop in Connecticut, which also has locations in Danbury, Trumbull and Ledyard.

Earlier this year, premium sneaker store Soleply opened at the mall, specializing in exclusive, rare and vintage sneakers and clothing. The SoNo Collection is located at 100 N. Water Street.

Greater Norwalk Chamber President Brian Griffin said the chamber was pleased to see the announcement of another great addition to the mall.

"They have been doing an excellent job of continuing to bring in exciting and interesting businesses and experiences into the venue," Griffin said in an email, "and we look forward to the next."
