Man Charged In 2012 Robbery: Norwalk PD
Police said an arrest has been made in connection to a robbery that occurred over five years ago in Norwalk.

NORWALK, CT — Police said an arrest has been made in connection to a shooting that occurred more then five years ago in Norwalk.
According to a news release, police responded to Stop & Shop at 385 Connecticut Avenue on October 12, 2012, at 1:40 p.m. and found a female had been shot during a robbery. Police said she sustained serious injuries.
"Detectives developed numerous leads and gathered physical evidence to aid them in their investigation," Lt. Terrence Blake said in a release.

Police said after receiving new information, 33-year-old Terrance Police of Waterbury was developed as a suspect and subsequently found to be linked to the crime through DNA.
The accused was arrested at the Connecticut Parole Office in Bridgeport on assault and robbery charges, police said.
