Norwalk Man Sexually Assaults Disabled Student, Gets 90-Day Prison Sentence
He is also awaiting trial after he was accused of inappropriately touching high school students in a park.

NORWALK, CT — A man who sexually assaulted a disabled college student was sentenced to 90 days in prison.
Malik Ashley, 22, forced a woman with a muscular disease onto his lap and touched her underneath her clothes at Housatonic Community College, according to the Norwalk Hour. To sign up for Norwalk breaking news alerts and more, click here.
Prosecutors wanted Ashley to serve at least nine months, but Judge Earl Richards sentenced him to 18 months suspended after 90 days with three years of probation.

He received accelerated rehabilitation after he sent lewd underage high school students. He is also awaiting trial after he allegedly offered underage girls marijuana and touched them inappropriately, according to police.
