Milford Resident Holly Baumgartner Promoted to HR Manager

OperationsInc (www.OperationsInc.com), a leading Norwalk-based Human Resources Consulting and Outsourcing firm, has announced the promotion of Milford resident Holly Baumgartner to the role of HR Manager. The promotion is tied to the expansion of the firm’s internal human resources team, which has grown due a significant increase in both client and employee volume.

Baumgartner joined the OperationsInc team in October 2013, and after serving as an HR Generalist, was promoted to the role of HR Manager in January. Currently, she supports both the internal HR Department for OperationsInc, as well as clients in a variety of industries.

Baumgartner earned a B.S. in Marketing / Management from Siena College and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Labor and Policy Studies from Empire State College. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
