Milling, Paving Begins On Roads In Norwalk

NORWALK, CT — The milling of a section of Fort Point Street and S. Smith Street starts Friday and paving begins early next week, according to city officials.

In an email, city spokesperson Josh Morgan said detours will likely be in place until Tuesday. Travelers are encouraged to avoid the area if possible, as the area will be congested and difficult to navigate, Morgan said.

Anyone who must drive through the area is asked to proceed with caution, expect delays and be patient.
