New Nothing Bundt Cakes in Norwalk Set to Celebrate

The Nothing Bundt Cakes that opened in Norwalk on September 26 has big plans to celebrate with the community October 20-24. “We are grateful for the opportunity to become part of the Norwalk, CT community,” shared Wilson Castillo, who owns the new bakery along with wife Jannys and business partner Jake Williams. “We look forward to creating new memories, celebrating life's sweetest moments, and building meaningful connections with the families, friends, and neighbors here.”

Nothing Bundt Cakes is located at 406 Westport Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06851 and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The luscious cakes are baked daily using the finest ingredients, including real eggs, butter and cream cheese, in 40 unique designs and 10 delicious flavors.

During their grand opening, the team will donate a portion of sales to Open Doors, and host several events, including Bundtlet giveaways, Family Fun Event, ribbon cutting and more (see complete details below).

  • Community Appreciation Days – The following will receive 20% off in-bakery cake purchases with badge/ID/uniform: Healthcare Workers, Teachers and School Staff, City Employees, First Responders and Military.
• Thursday, October 22
  • 11 a.m. - Ribbon Cutting with Mayor Smyth and the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce
• Friday, October 23
  • Open Doors Benefit Day - 20% of sales will be donated to this organization that strives to stay one step ahead of homelessness: meeting urgent needs today while building lasting solutions for tomorrow.
• Saturday, October 24
  • 9:30 a.m. – Free Bundtlets for a Year! The first 50 guests age 18+ will receive a Free Bundtlets for a Year punch card valid for one free Bundtlet per month for 12 months
  • 10 a.m.-2 p.m. – Family Fun Event - Bring the kids to enjoy face painting, balloon art, live DJ and free cake samples! Plus, Spin the Prize Wheel.
  • Free Confetti Bundtlets! Receive one Free Confetti Bundtlet while supplies last (up to 300). Substitutions not permitted; valid in bakery only.
