No Eaglets on Chimon Island in Norwalk
Two Bald Eagles took over an Osprey nest and many hoped the two would produce young.
A pair of Bald Eagles didn’t raise young this year on Chimon Island.
The pair took over an Osprey nest They sat in the nest from March through mid-April, according to the Norwalk Hour.
They didn’t sit in the nest after that, but were seen for several weeks flying around the area. Now sightings are more scarce.
