Norwalk Arrests Include DUI, Assault on Public Safety Personnel

Monday Feb. 29

  • Tyneka McCloud, 33, of Bridgeport was charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear.
  • Jose Reyes-Vargas, 29, of Norwalk was charged with first-degree failure to appear.
  • Alexis Rodriguez, 23, of Waterbury was charged with possession of a controlled substance or more than four ounces of marijuana, failure to keep drugs in original container, improper use of plates and possession of narcotics.

Sunday Feb. 28

  • Jacey Barona, 19, of Norwalk was charged with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.
  • Rudyard Boothe, 24, of Bridgeport was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
  • David Burden, 35, of Norwalk was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer and second-degree failure to appear.
  • Carmen Galvez-Villalobos, 49, of Norwalk was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Celia Herman-Toro, 19, of Norwalk was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Ivan Lopez, 26,of Norwalk was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance or more than four ounces of marijuana and other drug crimes.
  • Milton Mejia, 23, of Norwalk was charged with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, second-degree failure to appear, second-degree assault, criminal impersonation and assault on public safety personnel.
  • Chandra Pankov, 34, of Norwalk was charged with interfering with an officer.
  • Valdo Tomes, 20, of Norwalk was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.
