Norwalk ECDC To Discuss Transportation, Mobility And Parking Items During Upcoming Meeting: Agenda

NORWALK, CT — The city's Economic and Community Development Committee is scheduled to discuss a number of new business items during its regular meeting scheduled for Thursday evening.
According to an agenda available on the city's website, the virtual meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. and can be accessed by phone, Zoom or a recording on the city's YouTube channel.
Among the items listed on the agenda, under "Transportation, Mobility and Parking," the committee is scheduled to consider authorizing Mayor Barbara Smyth to execute an agreement with SS Utility Group for the city to purchase a Ford bucket truck.

The committee is also scheduled to consider authorizing Smyth to execute a 47-12A affidavit dedicating about 2,651 square feet of city property currently used to support the Yankee Doodle Garage for transportation purposes, according to the agenda.
The agenda also includes an update on the implementation of an online permitting system, which is listed under "discussion."
