NORWALK, CT — Norwalk Hospital announced its new Chief of Radiation Oncology: Dr. Philip Gilbo.

"Radiation oncology — one of the main pillars of cancer treatment — is very technology-driven and there have been many advancements in the last decade," said Dr. Gilbo. "As a result, we have more treatment options available to our patients that can help deliver better outcomes and survival rates with fewer side effects."
