NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk man accused of failing to deliver equipment purchased for over $22,000 was arrested this week, according to police.

In a news release, Police Lt. Joe Dinho said the department received a larceny complaint in January in which a Florida resident reported purchasing a piece of equipment from Christou Papachristou, 42, of Norwalk, that never arrived.

The Florida resident told police he paid over $22,000 for the equipment, Dinho said.
