Norwalk Man ID'd After Discovery Of Body In CVS Pharmacy Parking Lot

The man's body was discovered in a car parked Tuesday at the CVS on Connecticut Avenue.

NORWALK, CT — A 55-year-old Norwalk man has been identified as the person whose body was discovered on Tuesday in a car parked at the CVS on Connecticut Avenue.

Raul Altamirano-Delgado was found unresponsive in the car, and police were contacted at about 1:30 p.m.

When police and emergency medical services arrived, they confirmed the man was dead, though a cause of death has not yet been determined.

"We are still awaiting the finding’s from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, but at this point, there is nothing suspicious," Norwalk Deputy Police Chief Joseph Dinho wrote in an email to Patch.

There were no signs of trauma on Altamirano-Delgado, and the case remains under investigation by the department's Detective Bureau.
