Norwalk Police Arrest Student Who Made 'Hit List'

A female Norwalk High School student has been charged with multiple counts of breach of peace.

Norwalk, CT - A female Norwalk High School student is accused of creating a "hit list" during the school year with 29 people and fellow students on it who she wanted to see harmed, according to police.

The student has been arrested and charged with 29 counts of Breach of Peace, Norwalk Police Lt. Terrence Blake told Patch in an emailed statement. Because she is a minor, her identity has not been released.

"On Saturday June 11, 2016, the [Norwalk Police] Special Victims Unit investigated a threats complaint," said Blake in the statement. "The complaint involved a letter that had been written in January 2016 and had threatened harm to specific individuals.
