Norwalk Police Arrests Include Driving Under Influence, Burglary

• Charles Covington, 36 of New Haven was arrested and charged with possession of less than one-half an ounce of cannabis-type substance, possession of narcotics, possession of a hallucinogen or more than four ounces of marijuana and other drug crimes.
• Michael Dingwall, 31 of Norwalk was charged with disorderly conduct
• Cassandra Medina, 24 was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
• Ralph Rodriguez-Castro, 28 was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence, failure to obey a control signal and operating a vehicle without a license.

June 27

• Dennis Anneman, 22, of Norwalk was arrested and charged with risk of injury and disorderly conduct.
• Vincent Balducci, 50, was charged with disorderly conduct.
• Jeanpaul Destruge, 34, of Norwalk was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence.
• Olga Lopez-Hernandez, 66 of Stamford was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
• Shafiqah Martin, 34 of Norwalk was charged with risk of injury and sixth-degree larceny.
• Ronald Navarro-Pesantez, 23, of Norwalk was charged with weapons in a motor vehicle, interfering with police, disobeying the signal of an officer, operating with a registration or license that is suspended or revoked and other traffic violations.
