Norwalk police remind drivers returning to the roads today that failing to properly clear their cars of snow and ice may result in a fine.
NORWALK, CT — The Norwalk Police Department reminds drivers returning to the roads following this weekend's major snowstorm to clear snow and ice from their vehicles before driving.
In a Facebook post Tuesday, police urged residents to completely clear snow and ice from the hood, roof, trunk and other areas of their vehicles.
According to police, snow or ice that dislodges from a moving vehicle can create serious hazards for other drivers.
