Norwalk Police To Participate In Pink Patch Project For October

NORWALK, CT — Norwalk police will again take part this year in the Pink Patch Project, a collaborative effort among police departments to help combat breast cancer.

According to the department's Facebook page, police and the Norwalk Hospital Nuvance Health's Smilow Family Breast Health Center will partner to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research and treatment.

Throughout October, Norwalk police will wear pink patches on their uniforms to help raise awareness in the community.
