A member of St. Anthony of Padua Church in Fairfield, she and Andrew sang in the church choir. She was also a member of the Fairfield County Chorale. She had a fantastic sense of humor and also enjoyed her Irish heritage through its music and many visits to the auld country to visit her "relations."
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sister Margaret, her brother-in-law John, many beloved cousins, and loving nieces and nephews, all of whom loved her. She had a rare gift from her parents: a warmth of personality that put others' needs ahead of hers and drawing them out with her listening skills. Everyone, that is every person, who knew her, responded to her love and care for them.
