Obituary: Anna Yaeger, 95, Of Norwalk
She was a member of the South Norwalk Boat Club and past president of their Women's Auxiliary, and the St. Ann's Ladies Auxiliary.

Anna Yaeger, 95 of Norwalk, died on August 21, 2022 at Laurel Ridge Healthcare in Ridgefield.
Born in Norwalk, the daughter of the late Joseph and Teresa (Zanni) Pirrone, she was also predeceased by her husbands, Milton Buchta Sr. and James Yaeger , brother, Turi Pirrone and sister Millie Kramer.

She worked in town as a jewelry buyer as well as for an art school. She was a member of the South Norwalk Boat Club and past president of their Women’s Auxiliary, and the St. Ann’s Ladies Auxiliary.
Anna is survived by her son Milton F. Buchta Jr and his wife Elizabeth, daughter Milanne "Betty Ann" Gulyas and her husband Paul, and step-son James Yaeger, loving grandchildren Kelly Buchta, Ashley Eichholtz, Christopher and Holly Gulyas, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 24, at St. John Cemetery, 223 Richards Ave, Norwalk. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital (stjude.org).
