Obituary: Parthena Bellios, 91, Of Norwalk

Parthena Bellios, 91, wife of the late Bozinos Bellios of Norwalk passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022.

Born in Russia on June 2, 1931 she was the daughter of the late Aristidis and Eleni Exouzidou.

Parthena is survived by her daughter Maria Tsimis and her husband George of Norwalk, her son Eddie Bellios and his wife Athina of Trumbull, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and God children.

Parthena was predeceased in life by her husband, Bozinos and her son Christos Bellios.

Parthena loved to sing and tell stories. She enjoyed spending time with family and always wore a smile on her face. She was a loving, caring and compassionate person, devoted wife, mother and friend. Always thinking of others first, to know her was to love her.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 17, at 10 a.m. at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 238 West Rocks Road, Norwalk. Friends may visit with the family, at the church, on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the service. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery, 223 Richards Avenue, Norwalk.
