Obituary: Teresa Morelli, 76, Of Norwalk

Teresa Morelli, 76, beloved wife of William R. Morelli, died on April 7, 2023 at their home in Norwalk.

Born in New York City, the daughter of Harold and Margaret Bickman, she was know as "Terri" to her friends and family.

She enjoyed softball, track and gymnastics in high school and was an avid bowler later in life. She spent her downtime crocheting blankets. She retired as a court clerk, but perhaps was more well-known around the town of Wilton as the Ultimate Soccer Mom. She was “Nana” to her seven cherished grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her twin sister Lee, her sister Grace and brother George.

In addition to her husband Bill, she is survived by her children; her son Scott Lilly and his wife Kimberly and their children; Chase, Ainsley, Taylor, Sloane and Cooper, who reside in Trumbull, Ct. and her daughter Kristine Heavey and her husband David and their children; Sidney and Jordan, who reside in Boston, Ma.

The family would like to thank Hartford Healthcare at home hospice for their help over the past year.

Her family will receive friends on Friday April 14th from 11 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave, Norwalk. Graveside services will follow at St. John Cemetery, Norwalk.
